Biographical / Historical
Thomas Hurley White (1838-1902) was a Baltimore and New York sugar refiner. The son of Ambrose Abram White (1809-1885), in 1865 he married Kate Butler Lucas (1840-1920), daughter of Edward Carrell Lucas of Baltimore. Their children were Edward Lucas (1866-1934), married Agnes Gerry; and Ethel (1868-1955).
