Abstract
Gretchen Hochschild was a member of the Hochschild, Hamburger, and Hutzler department store families as the wife of Albert Hutzler. In this oral history interview, she discusses growing up in Baltimore, Maryland, Goucher College's move to Towson, Maryland, charities and cultural life of Baltimore, experiences traveling, and women's education.
