Summary: Peter W. Crain writes on behalf of Mrs. John Sothoron who wishes to reoccupy the property of her husband, Colonel John H. Sothoron, which is located in St. Mary's County, Maryland. The property was abandoned after Sothoron's son murdered a Lieutenant sent by General Birney to recruit for the Colored Volunteer's of Maryland. Crain also represents Sothron's mortgage creditors.
