Robert R. Robinson (born 1910) was a resident of Oella, Maryland and employed as a maintenance worker there. In this interview, he discusses: water supply; lack of sewer facilities; rental problems; tenant problems, his own house in Oella, a former mill town located across the Patapsco River from Ellicott City.
