The second advertises upcoming plays at Nixon and Zimmerman's Academy of Music including "Rip Van Winkle" and "The Rivals." Also includes envelope addressed to James McGill Municipal Museum from J. Alexis Shriver of the Maryland Commission George Washington Bi-Centennial.
