Citizens Emergency Committee minute book
Abstract
This collection contains the proceedings of the Citizens Emergency Committee, an advisory group of 63 men appointed by Mayor Robert McLane to consider problems of reconstruction after the great Baltimore Fire of 1904. The minute book includes reports and recommendations of sub-committees on various subjects. William Keyser, general chairman and William H. Buckler, secretary, led proceedings.
