Biographical / Historical
Born in Canada, William Albert Crawford-Frost was an Episcopal clergyman for 22 years as rector of St. Mary's church in Emmorton, Maryland. He was an inventor, philosopher, statesman and author. He became a naturalized citizen in 1902.
