Macgill logbook
The Macgill logbook records the journeys of sea captain William Augustine Macgill between 1853-1856. During that time, Macgill commanded the "Prince Albert", "Fidelia" and "Houston". The logbook contains Macgill's notes on the weather, latitude and longitudinal locations, and significant happenings aboard the ship.
Merchant's Exchange Reading Room record books
This collection contains 72 volumes of the records of arrivals and clearances in the port of Baltimore which were maintained by the Merchant's Exchange Reading Room.
Ridgely-Dorsey papers
The collection consists of the bills and receipts (1870-1885) of Margaretta S. Howard Ridgely; a log book (1756-1758) of Captain Charles Ridgely; and an account book (1733-1760) of Caleb Dorsey.
Schooner "Mammoth" logs, 1814 and schooner "Independencia del Sud," log, November, 1817 – January, 1822
The collection consists of two log books from the schooner "Mammoth" dated 1814 and one log book from the schooner "Independencia de Sud" dated 1817-1822. The "Independencia de Sud" was formerly the "Mammoth." Also one reference binder containing print-outs of the digital images from the "Independencia de Sud."
