This illustration of the Barnum's City Hotel in Monument Square, founded by David Barnum. Located on Fayette and Calvert Streets. Known for hosting many notable guests and also known as the location of John Wilkes Boothfinal meeting with his co-conspirators to kill President Lincoln.
