Scope and Contents
The collection consists of one box containing one folder with ten uncased photographs, and 18 individually wrapped cased photographs. Subjects are members and friends of the Coriell and Hardy families, including Alvin and Isaac Coriell, Mary Ellen Coriell Bower, Mary Ellen Irby Hardy, George Hardy, Jr., and a "Miss Townson, governess". There are many daguerreotypes in the collection, plus ambrotypes and tintypes.
The collection also includes a cloth scrapbook of die-cuts and other pictorial ephemera.
