Abstract

This collection consists of 23 scrapbooks containing newspaper and magazine clippings regarding the Duke and Duchess of Windsor, 1936-1938. Topics include the abdication crisis, the personal lives of the Duke and Duchess, their marriage and exile in France, and political and diplomatic events leading up to World War II.

This collection contains the correspondence of the Dulany family. The bulk of the collection is composed of letters to and from Catharine (Kitty) Dulany Belt. The Dyer Family Manuscript Collection, ontains genealogical notes, documents, a journal and postcards of the Dyer Family of Maryland. The collection also contains documents of the Fells Point Rifle Company, commanded by Captain William B. Dyer, which was involved in the defense of Fort McHenry during the Battle of North Point.
