Biographical / Historical
Clergymen, farmers, and physicians were numbered among the descendents of Maryland's Cradock and Walker families. The first Cradock to settle in Maryland was the Reverend Thomas Cradock (1742). It was he who build the family's Reisterstown estate "Trentham", and he who (as 1st rector of St. Thomas' Parish) began the family's long association with the cultural and religious affairs of the Garrison Forrest community.
