Abstract
This collection pertains to Hammond James Dugan (1903-1933) who was a naval officer in the lighter-than-air program. Materials include correspondence, diplomas, newspaper clippings and documents about German dirigibles, handbooks and manuals, logs and journals as well as material related to the United States Naval Academy's class of 1924.
