Scope and Contents
This collection contains one volume for each year. (1783, 88, 94, 99, 1802, 06 are missing). There are full inventories of servants, slaves, stock, grain, tools,and furniture; also daily entries on winds, weather, stock, work and general subjects. From 1779 there are monthly tables of vessels passing "Walnut Grove" on their way to Baltimore, charted by type. Also included are many items important for social and economic history.
