Scope and Contents From the Collection: A large collection of papers relating to the career of D. Luke Hopkins as a banker and civic leader. The papers consist mainly of correspondence between D. Luke Hopkins and members of various political, social, economic, and cultural organizations in Baltimore and the state of Maryland.
