Jamison papers
Abstract
This collection contains the papers of James Morrison Harris, Esq., including his passport, autograph book of 34th US congress, published speeches, correspondence and miscellaneous papers. The collection also includes genealogical information on James Calhoun, Baltimore's first mayor, and signed check; Civil War correspondence of Lena Noland Haxall; genealogical information on Benedict William Hall; genealogical information on Col. David Harris; correspondence and genealogical information on Richard H. Alvey, chief justice of Maryland; land papers and a BES insurance policy.
