This collection consists of the biographical and genealogical material concerning the Hood family of Maryland. Also included are the personal letters of Alice Watkins Hood, as well as business records and correspondence of her father, John Mifflin Hood, president of the Western Maryland Railroad Company.
This collection contains miscellaneous papers relating to the Wilkins, Glenn, and Davis families. Included are family letters and correspondence, genealogical notes, deeds, journals and diaries. One diary of note is that of Mrs. Mary Wilkins Davis.
