The bulk of the collection was originally placed in 3 photo albums containing the pictures and documents collected by Lt. Col. Stewart. The photographs have been removed and can be found in PP 0243. The remaining items in the album labeled “Pacific” consist of correspondence, newspaper clippings, postcards, and military related documents from Stewart’s time in the Civilian Conservation Core up through his posting at New Caledonia.
